Firewire Surfboards represents the culmination of over 10 years of intensive R&D into alternate surfboard construction, combining epoxy, advanced composites, EPS foam and parabolic balsa wood rails. Today, our revolutionary technology eliminates the age old performance and durability tradeoff inherent in traditional polyurethane boards, bring to life a surfboard of the future.

Firewire Surfboards are designed by Nev Hyman and Bert Berger.
Nev Hyman is a master craftsman with over 30 years of shaping experience. He is passionate about progressive surfboard design and has distilled surfboards down to their essential ingredients.
Bert Berger has spent the past 15 years dedicated to alternative surfboard materials and construction methodology.

Future Shapes Technology is the result of their collective expertise.

Customization:
Firewire surfboards incorporate FUTURE SHAPES TECHNOLOGY, they can also be custom ordered to your exact dimensions. Due to the one-off nature of custom boards, there will be a surcharge and longer lead-time.
