KatinSurf.com guarantee's all of our items to meet the highest of standards. We take pride in making our customers happy with our no hassle customer service. If for some reason an item that you ordered does not meet your satisfaction, KatinSurf.com will gladly exchange or refund that item.
All returns or exchanges must:
-Have been ordered within 30 days of item return.
-Be returned with all original tags and packaging.
-Returned items must be unwashed and in re-sale condition.
-Returned items must be new and in unused condition.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). You can obtain an RMA# by calling customer service at (562) 592-3500, or e-mailing at customer_service@katinsurf.com.
Where to mail return:
Once you have received an RMA#, Please write the RMA# on the outside of the secure package in which you are returning your order in. Include notes for any special instructions. Mail the return to:
